Our Refund Policy

We handle refunds fairly and quickly:

  • First-time purchase: Request a refund within 14 days of your first charge, and we'll process it - no questions asked.

  • Subscription renewals: If a renewal charge was unexpected and you haven't used Pro features since the renewal, contact us within 7 days. We review these case-by-case.

  • Important notes:

    • Accounts suspended for violating our Terms may not be eligible for refunds

    • This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under local consumer protection laws

    • Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

How to Cancel

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Requesting a Refund

Email support@wisp.chat with:

  • the email used to buy

  • your receipt or transaction ID

  • a short note on the issue

We aim to reply within two business days.

Refund Timeline

  • First purchase: ask within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund that charge.

  • Renewals: if a renewal was a mistake and you have not used paid features since renewal, contact us within 7 days and we will review.

  • Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms may not be eligible.

Taxes

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.
