Refund Policy
We want you to have a good experience with Wisp Chat. If something is not right, email support@wisp.chat and we will help.
1. Who handles payments
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. When we approve a refund, Paddle sends it to your original payment method. Your receipt email includes a Paddle link for billing help.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel any time from your account or the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
3. When we refund
First purchase: ask within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund that charge.
Renewals: if a renewal was a mistake and you have not used paid features since renewal, contact us within 7 days and we will review.
Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms may not be eligible.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under local consumer laws.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email support@wisp.chat with:
the email used to buy
your receipt or transaction ID
a short note on the issue
We aim to reply within two business days.
5. Taxes
Prices shown at checkout exclude taxes. Paddle calculates and collects VAT, GST, or sales tax as required.
